Order cancellations are accepted if initiated before the dispatch process begins. Once items move into the preparation stage, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.   
We encourage users to review their selections carefully before confirming the order. Each request is handled with care, considering the status of the product and packaging. We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on operational timelines.  

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Cancellations will not be accepted through social media or third-party platforms

Non-Cancellable Items  

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed. Items already in packing or those marked as final sale may be excluded from cancellation. Garments curated as part of limited releases may also be non-cancellable. This ensures quality control and maintains exclusivity across premium collections. All ineligible items will be clearly marked during the purchase process.  

Refunds for Cancelled Orders  

Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund process begins automatically through the original method of payment. There is no need for any further action from your side after approval. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your payment provider’s processing cycles. All refund updates will be communicated through your registered email ID. We aim to maintain clarity and transparency throughout the refund journey. Refunds are initiated only after the order is successfully cancelled in our system. If the order has moved beyond the cancellable stage, it will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the return policy may apply after the order is delivered.
