If your delivery includes an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Our support team will coordinate a suitable replacement or initiate a return so you can enjoy the item you originally chose. Items must remain unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice for the return to be accepted. If the mistake was on our part, we’ll cover the shipping and take full responsibility. However, if you’re returning something because of a change in preference - like color or fit - you’ll need to cover the shipping costs. We recommend opting for a reliable courier. To avoid return issues, please ensure that the item qualifies and meets all listed conditions before shipping it back.
